Summary

Topic: LEED EB: Is this the best value in green building certification right now?

Come kick off the Fall GBIG season with us as we discuss the value proposition of LEED EB in today’s market. How is it different from LEED for New Construction? How are properties evaluated prior to initiating the LEED EB process? What are the basic financial opportunities? Why not just do the upgrades and not get certified? We will look at US Bank Tower and the Rose Garden Arena LEED EB certification processes. How did each of these owners consider the pros and cons for these properties, and how will they evaluate LEED EB going forward?
