Kelsey Maki is a Seattle native dedicated to promoting sustainable food systems. Kelsey’s work in the field of food justice ranges from editorial assistant at Edible Austin in Austin, Texas to farmers’ market manager in Mankato, Minnesota. Currently, Kelsey serves as the program assistant for Tilth Producers of Washington, a nonprofit organization that promotes ecologically sound, economically viable and socially equitable farming practices.
